The Microelectronics Packaging Materials Database (MPMD) is a searchable, browse-able online database that contains data about thermal, mechanical, electrical and physical properties of electronics packaging materials. MPMD database contains approximately 850 materials, 300 properties and contains over 17,000 data curves.
Microelectronics Packaging Materials Database (MPMD) was developed under the sponsorship of the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC). The results of this research program was originally available only to SRC members. Now they are available to engineers and scientists worldwide.

TPMD allows the user to view a property of multiple materials on one graph.

Results: Graphic and Numeric
The user can display multiple color-coded data curves on one graph for a selected substances.
A grid appears as well. The ranges of x and y variables on the graph can be changed for the data curves.

The MPMD contains approximately 300 different properties. These properties are separated into 11 easy-to-navigate property groups. Alternatively, you can search the property groups using keywords that would bring you directly to the property you are seeking.
