Thermophysical Properties of Matter Database
The Thermophysical Properties of Matter Database (TPMD) is a web-based
version of the Thermophysical Properties of Matter, the TPRC data series
from CINDAS LLC. It is a searchable online database that contains multiple
Thermophysical Thermoradiative Properties for Metallic Alloys and Elements,
Non-metallic Liquids and Solids, Composites, Ceramics, Gases and Coatings.
In addition to the searchable data, TPMD includes Theories and Measurements
PDF Documents with hundreds of pages of supplement text for additional research.
Similar to other CINDAS databases, Thermophysical Properties of Matter Database
TPMD, has an easy-to-navigate interface. The TPMD database contains over 50,000
data curves 60 properties for approximately 5,000 materials categorized into 78
general material groups that are often updated and expanded.
RECENT UPDATES: Additional data on composite materials has been
added to the TPMD. In all, 60 new composite materials were added. The new data
covers 13 properties and consists of 687 new curves and 296 data sets. This newest
update increases the content of the TPMD to 4,814 materials covering 60 properties
and totaling 49,374 data curves and 20,566 data sets.

Results: Graphic and Numeric
The user can display multiple color-coded data curves on one graph.
The data range can be modified and exported to Excell.
